Kyani & Co.
A classic, famous Irani bakery, Kyani needs little introduction to the average Mumbaikar. With its vintage charm and delicious Parsi food, it’s one of the best budget restaurants for a fulfilling breakfast in the city!

Hotel Ramashray
Undoubtedly the best South Indian restaurant in the city, it’d be criminal to leave Ramashray out of the list. Unless you get there at the crack of dawn, you’ll have to wait to get a table; but rest assured, the wait will definitely be worth it!

Recommended order: Mysore rava dosa, medu vada and filter coffee. Round off with some fragrant and delicate pineapple sheera.

A1 serves the freshest, most scrumptious bakery items at daybreak, which include croissants, puffs, rolls and burgers. The only catch is that it’s a takeaway-only bakery. So if you own a car or are OK with eating right on the footpath, this is where you should head.
